Shipping Policy

In the vast majority of cases, items will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase via the delivery method selected at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Occasionally, due to events such as holidays, dispatch may take longer — if this happens, we'll contact you via email to let you know.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery: Up to 28 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Additional charges may apply to large or fragile items.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
We'll work with the courier to locate your parcel.
Refunds or replacements are issued only after the courier confirms the item is lost.

International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).

Cancellations or Unfulfilled Orders

On the rare occasion that we cannot ship your order, we will contact you within 2 business days and refund you the full amount.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal strikes, severe weather, or transport disruptions.

Returns Policy

Return period

You may return any physical item within 28 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
  • Items must be returned to us within the 28-day window starting from the date you received your order.

Items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items
  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund within 28 days of delivery, and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the product was faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service or obtaining proof of postage — we can't guarantee refunds for items lost in transit.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we'll cover all shipping costs.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
